As an associate partner you want to join as a salaried partner in our network where there are currently opportunities.
You as an associate partner will work with really scintillating people and in some of the top notch and cutting edge consulting assignments in the world. You will have an environment that lets us simply focus on the value addition to the clients.
You will closely work with the founding partners in the focus area and they will guide and mentor you in your professional journey as necessary. We currently have openings for our T2S consulting offerings in Europe. We are looking for people with:
- Strong, proven consulting skills
- An understanding and experience of at least two of the following in a large complex environment:
- Target2 Securities
- Securities back office
- IT architecture in a CSD or a Custodian environment
- Experience of
- Central Securities Depositories
- Regional or Local Custodian
- Global Custodian
- An excellent academic background
- Excellent presentation, report writing and articulation skills
- A high level of personal intellect and a never-ending willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic
- A passion for the highest quality of work striving for perfection
- A collaborative working style and a strong team player
Finally your compensation will be the best in the industry with a significant portion directly linked to the fees you earn.
