Partner

As a partner you want to expand the current consulting offerings of the network to a new geography/region. You could also develop a related area to the current consulting offerings (i.e, a big data offering in addition to the current strategy consulting offering).

You will have access to all of the networks’ resources in terms of client contacts, existing consulting assignments, knowledge platforms and world-wide presence. You will have also access to a network of contributing partners who can take additional role in the areas or geographies where you want to extend the current consulting offerings of the network.

You will closely work with the founding partners in the focus area which you are trying to expand and they will guide and mentor you in your entrepreneurial journey as necessary.

As a partner, your role will be:

  • to customise the current set of offerings to the geographies you want to extend
  • to develop the related offerings to the current offerings
  • to act as an evangelist to promote the business in your focus areas or geography and to promote the networks’ business in other focus areas
  • to have the necessary business development skills to articulate the value proposition and grow the business

Finally, your compensation, will be directly linked to the business you develop after a small deduction by the network for funding its world wide presence and the knowledge management network.
