- Create and issue of the Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and legal contracts

- Co-coordinate with all the partners and internal stake holders during the entire selection and bid process
- Evaluate the responses from the partners
- Develop the complete traceability matrix from requirements to RFP to final contract to create water tight contracts and contract schedules
- Negotiate price and final contract with the short listed partners
